Received $900 June 4,09 to do Audit made all kinds of promises, after receiving my money never could get him on the phone always on vacation. Would text with some line he's in a meeting of some sort BS! Today 7/22/09 called him to inform him I would Like all my paper work returned and money refunded. He told me: "The money was used to do Audit, and talk to attorneys that he usually charges alot more. ($1,400.) The attorney wants $5000.00 retainer $300 to $500 per month" His abilities change after "traveling a great deal" Told by DRE that if I have a NOD (Notice Of Default) he cannot take any money up front. He likes taking vacations on someone elses expense beware and hes not alone in his office. *Will post his location soon!

He Jason Todd just left a message 1:42pm "Told me I'm up set because you dug yourself into a hole and want to blame someone else for not being able to pay my mortgage" what does that got to do with returning my papers and money? I didn't realize I was the Only one who made a mistake and got a loan.
