We attempted to close-out our 401k plus they wont let's. They stated the federal government has transformed it is rules. Our organization hasn't coordinated some of our resources and we're 100%vested. We our prepared to spend all pentalites and fees that will apply. Our organization did not recognize the requlations possibly and our very amazed from the response on TransAmerica. I've paid attention to several call-in applications and also have heard about people getting from their 401K constantly, however the moment I Have attempted to TransAmerica has closed the doorway. Everybody must wake up for your guidelines together with your 401k owner. I've been informed it's not regulations but Transamerica not attempting to launch our cash.
