Harassment and threats

CPS is extremely rude with me when I cope with them. I had been unemployed for 2 weeks, on household medical leave without pay. I expected them to delay the month of may's payment of $313.00, just skipped 30 days cost. I've been named rude, silly and bitchy by a number of the there repetitions. They're today receiving me late charges of nearly $18.00 per month along with another $10.00 charge to possibly postdate a check or spend by bank card and explained I'd to pay for in this way, despite the fact that I stated I am sending the check that evening, that we possess a 10 day grace period. Our cost deadline is about the 12th of the month and that I would send it about the 17th earlier this month and based on them-itis currently overdue as well as your receiving me late charges along with it and wont say the late charges and so I may deliver them an additional $25.00 per month before may $313.00 cost is reduced. They actually had the nerve to consult me to use the cash from anyone to pay-off the may cost. They contact me, actually wording my mobile phone as well as mail me challenging me to contact them about my vehicle. The mortgage I've this vehicle with was also bought from Autotorium dealer who got me the loan from CPS. (How interesting) Is everybody informed that the autotorium shops are out-of company, soon after I acquired the vehicle the salesman no further worked there, that one Autotorium, Plaistow, N.H. Was turn off, went of business and CPS also went banrupt. That is absolutely appauling.individuals don't deserve to become handled like this or scammed such as this. I am hoping that some attorney can help most of US having a class-action suit against both businesses, I'm all completed with CPS. That is incorrect. I had been therefore, so ill within the weeks of may and could plus they were calling me with simply no sympathy, concern, only basic chilly requesting me and challenging my cost.
