60 days waiting period for charges not gone through

I have been with Bank Freedom for 2 years. Everything is fine with them except the fact that if there is an error on your account they do take 60 days to resolve, even if the company didnt put the bank draft through. It will sit in pending forever. They need to fix this. If a draft does not go through they need to put it back in your account. A week at least. I mean come on if its just sitting there its not going to go through. But come on if your using a prepaid card there is a reason your not using a bank. Im in that position so all we can do is complain and hope they change it. There are other prepaid cards out there they cost more to use and add money too.
