When i told him the bank wants to close friday he tells me no problem. After we get off the phone josh manchester sends me a email telling me i have to lower my price by 3,000 and pay him a 1,000 and pay his marketing fee.
I told him i never heard of anyone chargeing the client for your marketing. Besides you will be making more than i will. His response was. It is not greed it is just business.

He had me over a barrell and he knew it. So i emailed the person who sent me to hawthorn capital of dowers grove ill. Amy smith emailed me she would call me right back. She never did call back. I have to admit they got me on this one. I wasted time, money that i won't make that i would have if i closed the deal and now will lose my earnest money. But i will never do business with these people. And i hope enough people read this so they don't fall into this trap.
