Hi y'all! Seems we share a common thorn in the flesh here. I too, fell for the same gig as you all are reporting. It seems that these yahoos are pretty well rehearsed. What surprises me is the total lack of interest shown by law enforcement in Nevada to this obvious crime. Even to the extent that I am told the governor of Nevada has closed the office of consumer affairs as of the first of July. I am also interested in this class action lawsuit that one of your complaints is calling for but have no way to contact you. I have been working to resolve my issues since 11/08 I may have come up with a couple of things. I would either be interested in partnering up with you all in a class action or share the info that I have on the issue. I believe that this could rank right up there with Madoff. I think the only way we can get together is to contact the website and I feel safe this way as well. This company also threatens to sue anyone who dares to blow the whisle on them.in my estimation, They are professional frauds in a state that protects them.
