I paid 1.95 for a disc, then got charged 94.89 for monthly fee

I ordered a disc for $1.95, then got billed for $94.89. I called the company to ask why, it was explained, and they told me it may be cancelled after 90 days. I followed their instructions, filled out the refund request, mailed it in certified mail, have not heard anything and no credit to my credit card. I tried to call the company at 1-866-876-2778, number is no longer in service. This is a true rip-off.
