Ripoff, They're under Federal Investigation. City, Where Elsesalt Lake

I see the CBS news, yesterday, said Fairbanks is under Federal Investigation due to excessive law suits by customers. I got the picture when my mortage was sold to them by Alliance. Fairbanks kept 5 of my mortgage payments and they all hit my bank the day before christmas. They were looking to forclose. They sent a notice saying the were in that process. All the checks went through.

Can you believe that I was that lucky. Haven't heard from them. However they hit me with $500.00 in late charges. My letter to them of having never been late went right into their garbage can. They added to the charges. I hope to refinance and get rid of them. I was told by Dana Corp that Fairbanks required early payoff penalties. Is there no end?

I would like to join a class action. Show me the way.
