Caught on tape!!!

I recorded the phone conversations with these con-men. I have been informed by a lawyer to file theft charges with the district attorney and wire fraud charges with the FBI.

I called NADN to cancel just hours after signing up. I was told that I wasn't even in the system and that I needed to call back in 2 hours. When I called back, I was assured that I would neither be sent nor charged anything.

I then went to the bank to stop payment on the checks that I gave NADN over the phone. Guess what? They ran the checks through as debits.

I am working on getting the charges reversed. I would like to transcribe the phone conversations I have had with these people. It makes for very interesting reading. Anyone considering them will get a much clearer idea as to how they work after reading actual conversations with them.

I will post an update in the next week. If I get time I will work on a trascription of the tapes.
