Credit Card Abuse

This company is pushing credit card abuse to its limits and shows the need for the new credit legislation which was recently signed by President Obama. This company goes out its way to accept transactions that take a credit card holder overlimit and adds multiple fees of $39 to the account.in addition they are trying to double my interest rate. I also believe this company manipulated my regular interest rate to create an overlimit situation.

This company supposedly has an A rating with the Better Business Bureau of Minnesota. When I filed a complaint with this bureau the company totally denied the substance of my complaints, ignores some of the issues raised in my complaint and totally refuses to make anybody I can contact responsible for answering the complaint. Either the responses are nameless or have no last name and no physical address and no phone number except a toll free number of card services. When you call card services they do not have access to the complaint filed with the BBB and refuse to give you access to someone who does. I finally tried calling them and asking for the name of someone listed as management in the BBB report. I was given this person's voicemail and waiting to see if my call will be returned.
