Heather Campbell - deceived me and ignored me. And they do not care

Bank Card USA did not honor the rates they promised. I am a busy guy and ran credit cards for quite a while in 2008 & 2009 before I relaized all of the cards I ran were non-qualified. I ran 16 cards on my June statement for example. They all showed non-qualified and ended up at a wapping 4.3%. THEY SCAMMED ME!!! I also had problems dealing with their risk department. I made several phone calls to a Heather Campbell to try and get authorization for a $7000 charge I needed to run for an equipment sale. Heather never had the courtesy to return my calls. Customer service was extremely helpful and ended up being the communicator between Heather and me. Cust Service asked me to fax all of my information to Heather on the equipment I was selling. The faxes included my PO to the manufacturer, my invoice to the customer, and the Pro-Forma invoice from the manufacturer to me. All I wanted was a yes or no on running this transaction yet Heather could not do this. As a result, the equipment was delayed getting to the customer. Before cancelling my account with Bankcard USA I faxed them a letter knowing how upset I was. It was no surprise that these people did not respond and try to work things out. Be sure to do a search on complaints for Bankcard USA. There seems to be a lot. One final word, Jasmine in Customer Service there was GREAT! She tried to help me. I wish her the best. Maybe she can get promoted and replace somebody useless there, get a good raise, and help make it a better company.
