Dishonest deception to get more money from us after deal made to retrieve repo! Honesty is not in their vocabulary!

Jessie made deal to hold my sons vehicle for two payments of six hundred in a two week deal. 1rst payment of five hundred was made which i gave three hundred of. When second week came Teresa and Kelly changed deal for another car payment which was not even due. New money deal was over nine hundred dollars. I was willing to help my son with original deal. Then Kelly, branch manager would not do. Jessie was never brought into picture to honor 1rst deal. I would not make any deal with these three employees unless in writing. It is ashame, a corporation would keep dishonest people around to be-little their character. I do realise my sons bad track record but a "deal-is-a-deal", without deceiving and deception!
