Grand Theft Overdraft Fees

I am on disability and have to rely on spousal support that is supposed to go into my account at the first of the month. Whether it was intentional or not, it was not submitted on time. As a result, within a period of less than a week, the payments that I made that I thought were safe ended up costing me $762.00. Mr. Soelhof was cold and unmoving to understand or address this paralyzing, yes, Grand Theft. Who benefits from the assets received at my expense? Does anyone have any feedback on how handle this or make them accountable for Public Relations? Is the sky (my home loss) perhaps the limit to their felony or is it infinite?

Even after I struggled to get the $2,300 desposited, they still charged me with an additional $ 74 of salt into the gaping wound.

Note - I have since the theft, read troubling things about 5/3 and regret my decision to go there.
