I obtained a phone today in the same organization declaring that some detective may appear at my home tomorrow (7-14-09) and provide me the documents I have to visit judge. He mentioned that I got out a $300 mortgage in November 08 so when they visited receive money back it had been declined as NSF. I appeared on my bank record and used to donot recceive any mortgage of that character... This guy held moving me to new individuals who consequently seemed such as the same man and I told him that. He explained I really could avoid going to trial easily paid $595 by friday. I told him there is no method that I had been paying him... He couldnt give me the financial institution account amount they supposively transferred this $300 into in nov. He also stated that the atty was Adam Sanders... How do you record them? The amount left on my the voice-mail was 415-200-0268 but my callerid was several from my condition... After I named it it had been Verizon Wireless
