Joerg is a German guy who poses as a representive from a bank. He says the bank has offices in Florida and Germany and the Dominican Republic. The German office is his brothers house. The Florida office is an office building but he is not a tennent. He looks for victims that are trying to fund projects. He gives them a loan commitment from his bank and then asks for money to verify the loan. Not only does the victim lose the money but his actions also endanger the project. When some one complains he changes names. Currently he is posing as National Bank.
