I had a problem with Usa platinum as well. They had contacted me via the net and I filled out an application thinking they were gonna help restore my credit through giving me a cc. When they called to verify it I found out they werent giving a credit card and I told them I didnt want this. They said ok.

For a variety of reasons I didnt know they had deducted the monies from my account 179.90. And then 9.95 every month since then. I received a phone call again this morning saying the same thing. I told them that we had already been through this and I didnt want the card now either. They looked up my information and told me I already had an account with them.

They gave me a customer service phone number to call which ive included in the address here and the lady told me that they would send out an affidavit and once filled out and returned they would refund all monies. If you have had similar things happen I would suggest you contact that number and let them know. I will update you if anything further happens.
