I sent this person $20,000.00 for an investment. He never paid it back

This person came across as a legitimate business man. He build up his trust and confidence with me. He was suppose to be a private placement investor. I sent him $20,000.00 On 4-16 I was suppose to receive back in thirty days $140,000.00 this is called a spot trade and they are legit and they do exist. I called this person a week before I was suppose to get my $140,000.00 and he said I will be paid out on June 26th. June 26th came around and no payout. I contacted him very often, but just got excuses. Thus the reason to report him here. I also reported him to the FBI, securities exchange and the Attorney General office. I an going to hire an attorney and pursue this legally.
