So we'll advance a $500 credit directly into your checking account and in three days we'll debit the $ 249.00 set-up fee / So you'll start-off with $ 250.00 cash in your checking account / All we need is you account number and you'll have the $500 credited next week!"

And this is for a VISA or MC right?)"YES... Your choice in three weeks you'll receive a welcome package and you get to choose which ever card"

And this is NOT a catalog of merchandise?
"NO, its a credit card / we'll give you a list of over 300 banks that you can get cash advances for like Fleet Bank"

Mark, your English is barely understandable / You won't give me a phone number / Caller ID says private #/ BUT claim your a NOT-For-Profit Credit Consulting Service / allegedly with offices on Tabernacle street in the Mormon City of St. George, UTAH / You have NO website / No listing in any search engine / and you claim to be an authorized agent for Visa/MC... RIGHT?
