Everly has put a big hole in my heart. I ordered 2 portraits and 1 of the Barack Obama.in December before Christmas I sent all the photos and the other requested info that I was asked to send. Months went by and I heard nothing from this company, so I contacted them and got the most cold-hearted woman in the world on the phone the first time and all I got from her is that she was not sure what was going on and she would have someone to call me. After waiting forever, I called 15 more times and finally I was told that I need to speak with a lady named Ellen. Ellen sounded very nice and I even told her how rude the other lady was. Ellen assured me that she would get my portraits to me and apologized for the hard times that I had. Then one day one of my portraits arrived and man, oh man, it was all messed up. I was even left off. I called them again telling them that everything is screwed up. They asked me to send it back and they would fix it and I would receive it in 8 weeks and that it would be a rush order. I asked about my other portrait oh you will get it in a few days, they had to do some adjustments. I reminded them that I was very concern about the portraits because the portraits where of my sons and one son is deceased he was 17 years old and of my husband and his mom who is now 70 years old. Once again we will get it out to you.

Weeks later I contacted them again and I spoke with a woman named Beth and she tells me they need more info of who suppose to be in the portrait my jaw hit the floor. She asked me to e-mail her some photos but I told her you have our photos already and I want those back. Like a nut I e-mailed her my photos a week went by and Beth sends me an e-mail saying she did not get the photos I said I sent them to you and it shows on my computer that it was sent. Once again I send them to her and I Titled the subject second time sending. That was the last time I ever heard anything and that was 4 months ago. I contacthed HSN where I purchased everything from, they have promised a refund but what about my photos? They are priceless.

After reading the ex-employee's statment, who wanted to criticize the payment method of some Everly was just a rip-off and another thing it doesn't matter how some people paid for their protrait Everly took their money and pricless photos. The Barack Obama portrait is probably worth $2.00 I told my husband it looked like weaving work. We all have been taken advantage of and just think we thought it was safe since it was on Hsn but these days, I'm learning nothing is safe.
