Unauthorized charges

I got my vehicle to Purrfect Car to obtain a analysis of my motor to check on the retention since it dropped energy and it has rough idle. I tried altering the spark plugs, but couldn't eliminate simply because they were too restricted. They explained to be able to finish the analysis, they'd have to take away the device address and might charge another $150. I believed to take action. They returned in my experience and stated the motor is shot and requires a fresh one for $4,500 or perhaps a used one for $2,200. I told them I had been likely to select the vehicle up and that I hungup. They called back stating they might have it working for another $300 and that I told them to proceed. The vehicle is operating ok today, but I now notice banging in my own motor and that Iam still worried there might be harm and didn't make me conscious. This is a listing of the items they did.
