Our KitchenAid microwave touch-pad went negative after it had been bought 2 yrs ago. KitchenAid planned a scheduled appointment Having A&E Factory Support. Alternative of the touch-pad required five units and also the complete statement was $201.29 or approximately $1200/time. If this price is not price gouging, I don't understand waht is. I contact KitchenAid requesting them to intervene and-or recommend clients of expenses, KitchenAid doesn't need to know something.
