Stay away from KitchenAid KEMS309BSS00

My saga with a KitchenAid microwave/oven combo KEMS309BSS00 continues even after the original one (installed on 12/27, which had a host of problems) was replaced on 04/25, after complaining on Kitcheaid's facebook page: (https://www.facebook.com/KitchenAid). I was truly hoping that the original one was a lemon and all would be fine with the replacement. Alas not. The same problems have surfaced again. We paid over $3000 on this unit and seems like the entire line is bad and by the sounds of it (reading other people's comments), most of Kitchenaid's other major appliances also have issues. It is best to avoid Kitchenaid altogether until they fix their products before bringing them to market.
