I was charged $175.00 to my debt card after ordering free sample of acai berry detox. I got totally sick and lost time at work after taken this for 3 days

I was told my 14 day free trial started the minute i ordered it they say its shipped within minutes of ordering even macy's can't do that it took at least 5 days to arrive i don't understand how they can say that the trial period starts asap when it's ordered you can not try it til you receive the product when you call to cancel you can not get through to anyone for at least 45 minutes and you hear other people giving personal info to whoever they are talking to like credit card # someone dishonest would have a hay day calling their phone #
