Charged a dollar, then two charges for $30 and no number to call

Offered data to receive Google achievement package, and was billed not just $1 but two following costs on my card for $29.95 each with no quantity to contact to demand preventing or eliminating, how to proceed? I can not manage these costs, they're disastrous and getting food out-of my kids' jaws.
