(fraud alert) deceptive and switch and bait company (fraud alert)

I had purchased a policy from this company. A few months later I loaned the car to my cousin and she had an accident. When I notified the insurance company. They gave me a hard time because I didn't add her to the policy. This was a weekend when she had the accident. She just got here from another state. Although on the policy it says you can loan an auto to people not living in your home. Thet said she stayed in my home for 3 days so I had to notify them and add her to the policy. When it was time to pay up they came up with a lamb excuse and refused to pay the bill. Considering the car was in my wifes name BMV has suspended her license because Insurance company refuses to pay the bill. Then they came up with excuse after excuse. The adjuster was not a good lier either. He was actually studdaring when he was telling me all these excuses. When I spoke to BMV they said we have to pay for the accident and then sue insurance company. Even after seeing 18 complaints.

To all those harmed by Safe Auto. We all need to also file with Ohio Department of Insurance.

I'm willing to pay a lawyer to get this done. I luckily have enough money to pay for the accident. But what if I didn't?

Im including the officers of this company to the report. Because they are protected by law through the corporation from being sued. There names and positions are Ari Deshe who is the CEO Johnatan P (Jon) Diamond VP and related to the CEO Greg Sutton CFO and Jack Coolidge who is in Operations. There phone numbers are 614-231-0200 1-800-723-3288 fax (614) 456-2940 if nothing else we can block up there phones with complaints.

They can't keep on screwing the working families. They are protected by the law from being sued unless there is a law broken. But they can stop us from talking about them. To all officers at safe auto (kiss my gritts) and yes i do hope this hurt your company.
