Committed fraud & charged me $2190

I had been approached by somebody from DCPS and informed they might reduce my charge card pursuits prices from 20% to 8% or 9%. They'd all my charge cards figures and understood my bills and credit available quantities. They stated the support might charge $1095 in advance but that I'd create that up in savings inside the first couple of months. I expected them to deliver me the paperwork so we're able to begin. I then found out a few times later they have billed equally my MC and Credit cards the $1095 and attempted on my Sears card, but Sears refused the cost & approached me and explained it was a continuing scam scenario they have noticed before.
