"Are you in good hands"? Please think twice specially you are a heart patient, because it may cause heart attack

I thought that I was in good hands for so many years. Until they slapped me with an almost $2,000 bill! It turns out that those numbskulls over at Allstate made a mistake setting up my automatic payment system. Some poor sap in Nevada has been paying my car insurance bill for the past 2 YEARS! My dad was supposed to pay my bill for me off of his credit card so I always thought it was coming from his card, when it was actuallly being drawn from some random guy's account.

What kind of company makes that kind of an error and takes that long to correct it? Of course, we all make mistakes from time to time. What really makes me mad is how Allstate has reacted to the situation: they have been inflexible and will not negotiate on the balance even though it was their fault.

If i have got into an accident would i have been covered? That question remains secret. Needless to say, I now have a policy through and so far it's going great!
