With one of these current financial situations I named Goal to determine about reducing my RATE. I've been a great client with Goal and settled my statement promptly. Upon calling Goal I had been informed that Goalis policy wasn't to examine anyones RATE and they wouldn't adjust according to their plan. Upon talking with a boss Mike I had been informed the same, no RATE modification and he was the only real boss there. When requested about talking with somebody responsible for him he explained there is no-name or telephone number for anybody only a P.O. Container for my notice to-go in to the criticism pit.in these difficult situations we require businesses that use us not against us. This personally I think is extemely bad company training in addition to shady. Save your valuable income people... Don't open a credit line with goal.
