Unauthorized charges

I have been applying Redbox for leases for that previous 6 months. You will find two kiosks in my own store and that I discovered the support to become inexpensive and handy.

Well, which was till recently morning after I examined my consideration and discovered a $52.44 cost from their website.

I've successfully delivered every film I actually hired from their website. The final moment I hired, it had been two films for 2 evenings which must've led to two costs of $2.19. Alternatively, I had been billed $2.19 $52.44. EXACTLY WHAT A RIP-OFF.

The worst aspect is the fact that they'venot answered to the three emails I delivered recently and it is been more than the 24-hour reaction screen they've mentioned on the site.

They Will Have left me feeling totally hopeless over this, my lender claims I can not change the cost since itis a bank card. It is only a wreck.

I AM PISSED DOWN plus they don't have any reason behind achieving this. Even when they accepted that it had been an error on the component and returned me, who would like to cope with a business which makes most of these errors?

I am so completed with REDBOX. They're theives
