I've submitted a study using the BBB. I Onita Taylor@1903 west 25th. Pine Bluff, Ar. 71603. I requested the product to get a test interval and was just said to be billed S&H and that I was billed the entire cost before I began my trial. So I've delivered the product back to get a return.
