Company is not manged correctly

When I worked for this company. Eric promised me a base pay to which he never gave me and he says in the interview that if you don't make enough he will make up the difference. He never did any of that. He talks bad about people that work for him. If you don't sell anything he pulls you to the side and tell you that your basically a loser. I wouldn't work for Eric ever again. He doesn't know how to run a business. He spends more than he makes and he is all talk when it comes to getting employees. He lies and manipulates new employees. Don't work here.
