These people are master BS artists, maybe that's why they are in the marketing business? Their business however is not to any clients or customers, it is the "employees" who are their source of income. They will call you down and make you wear a suit and tie, have a brief interview, and schedule a second interview which they say is an evaluation where you go out with their current reps and watch/work with them for a day. You will always be offered a job as they have nothing to lose, you are their income. You will be trying to sell crappy products to people in public, people who don't want to deal with you. Although not stated, they imply that there is some sort of base pay, and they talk about "management", they like to call the job management trainee, you will be expected to work 70 hours a week.
