Charged my credit card but I never saw my credit report

On yahoo's front page I clicked on their link and fell for the scam. I wanted to see my credit score in the begining steps to fix my credit. I was told after submitting my info I would get an email with instructions on how to see my credit score. I never recieved anything except a charge on my statement. They refused to refund but said I still have 15 days of services left. I finally found their website after some key search words, but cannot login to view my "cough" free credit report. After emailing them 5 times in a week, I got nowhere. Complain to Yahoo, the BBB, FBI, your bank and whoever else you can think of.
