I've taken about all I can take from this company!

This company is ridiculous! They say they haven't received proof of insurance, so I send it to them... 10 TIMES! They say that I didn't notify them when I moved out, but I DID! They just ignore my correspondence in an attempt to charge me fee after fee, and now they are threatening to foreclose! I have NEVER been late on month since I've opened this loan.
I have even sent my letters via certified mail, received confirmation from the USPS, and they still denied receiving my letters! I've spent a ridiculous amount to fax and send letters (certified/overnight), not too mention the time I've spend on the phone with them when I was trying to work! I'm done. I'm contacting a lawyer, and I'm seriously considering filing suit. I would love to file a class action suit with anyone else experiencing these money grubbing, non-contractual problems with this company! They need to be stopped. How much money have they pumped out of people who don't have the time or energy to fight with them? How much money have they pumped out of people who believe what their mortgage company tells them they owe. I apologize for the typos that may be in this, but I am too tired to reread.
