I got this prepaid credit card used paidit off so i thought and now they have 500.00 of my money that i cann't use

I got this credit card to help with my credit. Paid all i need to pay $89.99 out of my account i have since closed that account paid $500.00 never used the card and never have been refuned the money. I wanted to establish my credit not ruin it and now my credit score is low and this has hurt the credit in the aspects of getting loans for anything. This company has also chaned address so many times and phone numbers that you can not get a hold of a person when you call or if u sit and waste your day calling then maybe you will get somebody. I would like to have this taken off my credit report and would like to have the money of 500.00 refuned back to me, which is rightfully mine.
