Will Not give me a refund

I've been coping with this company. For 8 weeks now, they'd not advise me of the situeation of my Mortgage Loan Modification, and everytime I named they'd inform me they were simply waiting about the Lender! They certainly were all lies, Our mortgage loan modification was terminated simply because they didn't publish files the lender was seeking. I usually deliver them my files immediately. They didn't advise me of the and today my home is up available in the Lender. I've required a reimbursement of 7,000. Plus they keep telling me somebody will obtain a your hands on me. Per week today with no you have named me, previously they stated that they'd other prioritys which a reimbursement of my cash wasn't important, they'll not move me for their boss and they'll not return my phone. There's surely got to be considered a method to quit these thiefs!!!
