Scam for money

I've obtained an assortment from J.C. Christensen declaring I owe $558.69 from an older consideration popped in the shop Mervyns, that will be no further running a business. I've NEVER opened a merchant account with Mervyns plus they claim I can not challenge because the shop doesnt have documents becasue it is shut. This seems bad. I've tried calling the credit buraeus but I can not get ahold of the customer support representative. I've been studying and also have discovered a lot of comparable instances where individuals have been cheated by the corporation.

After I called they attempted to counter-offers for me personally to pay for instantly and stated or even I really could need to visit courtroom or it'll damage my credit. I'm really upset by this obsurd state.
