Insidious billing unauthorized service

Blossoms were requested on Proflowers.com 30 days before I experienced bilateral joint replacement. The verification/bill amount was delivered to a contact address at my former company while I had been on sick leave. I never noticed this verification and was off-work for 6 months. After I delivered, my emails have been modified by another worker. I paid $14.95/month billed to my charge card bill which was used-to deliver flowers to my terminally ill child. From October 1996 through April I had been billed this regular charge for anything I've no concept of what worth it's.
