Blazing keywords is a scam!!! This company made an unauthorized deduction on my citibank account! 06-02 FOREIGN FEE Jun 02 21:21 5103 $ 2.19

I tried to call the number of their customer service and asked for a refund but they deny that they got money from my bank. I found out that their customer service are just a third party who doesn't know anything at all even the telephone number of this blazingkeyword!!! Can anyone help me, how they get their money back from this scammers!? Or any real phone number that i can call direct from this scammer?
Maybe, abc7 "GOOD MORNING AMERICA", should feature this on their show so people would be aware of this! Thanks.
