Demand for payment for credit card not owned by me

I received a letter demand for $1,992.86 for a Bank of America credit card I have never possessed. I have an excellent Equifax reporting service to prove it. It's bogus, but very threatening. Same guy, Farmer is mentioned.

Seems like they are preying on people and should be held accountable. I would think the Illinois Attorney General should take a look at this company and their practices.
