How is it possible this scambag agency is still doing "business as usual" with so many complaints dating back many years? Deceptive practices include false allegations regarding debt owed, intimidating threats relative to legal action if the false debt is not promptly paid, assertions that State agencies are assisting GC Services in collecting the alleged "debt", and threatening garnishment, attachment, and liens. The "official" appearance of the correspondence, and the matter-of-factness of the demand (as though it is undoubtedly legitimate), are themselves improper and deceptive practices designed to bully the addressee into sending the demanded payment. Why haven't States' Attorneys-General shut down this fraudulent operation?
