Fraud

IBSN turned out to be a biggest fraud. I filed my 2008 tax with them (Second time with them). I paid 384$ as fees but opted for Basic filing. Which they said is only 64$ and my extra payment will be refunded the same day. It has been 3 months now and they have not even given back 1cent out of my 320$. I called them 5 times, emailed them 6 times. Evertime they said that the money will be refunded as soon as possible. I'm so frustrated now. Never ever file with them. They dont answer the calls or respond to email after April or so. Turns out the be a big Fraud company
