Webstar International - Timestar Ripoff dishonest fraudelent billing timeshare

On Dec 19 I entered into contract with this company and was believed that they would be renting my timeshare, they also informed me that they would be paying for the fees (yearly dues) of the timeshare the following year.

I was faxed the agreement to which they charged my credit card a deposit of 1900.00 to begin processing the timeshare rental (deposited monies I would be refunded when the timeshare was rented).

I signed the papers, faxed and called them back to confirm the receipt of the agreement, they did.

Two month passed and I called them to see how the timeshare renting was going, I got in touch with a secretary who informed me someone would be getting back to me... And needless to say they never did.

I called back every 2 weeks after that and always left a voicemail to which nobody every called back after about 10 times of calling I gave up.
As the last ditch effort I attempted to call them during the days in which the renewal (paying of my timeshare was due in Dec), left a message but this time I got back a response a guy by the name of "Sunny" who called and left me a voicemail saying they were busy and he was sick.

I tried calling back the following day but never got a response until the week (Jan 9) I asked what happened, all last year and nobody calls me back. He then proceeds to ignore my questioning and to say "your account it up for renewal" and he has the guts to say he needs 800.00 to renew it.

When I approached him regarding nobody calling me back or even letting me know the status of the timeshare, he hangs up.

This is a very BAD!!! Company, People stay away from these bozo's they don't have any remorse in stealing your hard earned dollars, do not attempt to rent any timeshare thru them you will end up on the loosing end.

I know I have lost. And I wish that it doesn't happen to you.
