Defective Car Refused Help and Deferment Denied

I purchased a 2001 Dodge Neon I sept. 2000. While I was under warranty I had to take it back at least 4 time to have some repairs done. So than I notified Capital One auto finance, they told me they could not do anything. Than I ran into a little financial problem and asked for deferment first they said I was not eligible. Than I asked one again they told me they were not giving them at the time.
