Ripoff on late charges

I can not beleive that some companies would try to make money on 911 and the war. I send my payment at least a week or two before they are due and i get late charges all the time. They do not even have a web site where you can pay them online. Im tried of paying these late charges because they can not post your payment on time. What can i do about this ripoff? At this rate i will never get them paid, maybe that is what they want.
