Late Charges Despite Payments Mailed Weeks Early, No Online Option

I can not believe that some companies would try to make money on 911 and the war. I send my payment at least a week or two before they are due and I get late charges all the time. They do not even have a web site where you can pay them online. I'm tired of paying these late charges because they can not post your payment on time. What can I do about this ripoff? At this rate I will never get them paid, maybe that is what they want.
