Scammed my out of almost $800 claiming I owe for a old payday loan

Kept getting harrassing phone calls claiming I owed for a payday loan from over a year ago Claiming they were going to sue me if I didn't respond immediately. I had already paid 3 arranged payment had 3 payments left but they took the last remaining payments at one time. Now the phone # i have is no good and the wont respond to my emails. Now they have bounced the bank account they had on file plus they took $113 more than I owed.
