NATIONAL BANK dirty ripoff liar business from hell

I was trying to rebuild my credit and decided to request a MasterCard from net1st National Bank. I gave them my checking account information and agreed to let them draft $99 from my checking account.

My card came in the mail and a couple of days later, I got a letter telling me not to use my card, because the company had closed!

About a month or so later, I got a bill from the company saying that I owed them more money. Needless to say, I didn't send them anymore money and I have yet to receive my $99 that I was promised to get back in about three months from the date that it was issued.
