Promised High Credit Limit, But More Than Half Went In Processing Fees false promises tricked and lied to us

I got this credit card to restablish my credit since my credit rating was not so good. I also was impressed with the credit limit they offered me. Only to find out they used half of my credit line to pay for processing and fees that were not on
the disclosure. Now I am stuck paying off a balance I didn't even get to enjoy. Not to mention the hundreds of dollars I am paying in over the limit fee on top of over the limit fee, that I can't seem to pay off.
