Scamming credit cards

I bought plants online and believed I had been accepting to obtain free shipping for that purchase. That did not occur, I unconsciously registered for what's assume to become free shipping costs. Basically am spending them, how could it be free? To top it down, I've not created any acquisitions and didn't make use of the support why could it be that I'm not entitled to a reimbursement?
