Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

I'm a single mother who has been trying to make it since I was 16 yrs old... I had a child at an early age and have been working since I was 17 yrs old... I have made some mistakes as far as my credit mainly because of lack of finances.

I am at a point now in my life where I feel that I am on the right track I have a good job so now I feel that I should make up for my credit mistakes and not make them anymore... So I thought... I recently ordered my credit report to see what shape I was in and basically everything was ok until I saw a company on my report named American Credit Educators.

I immediately thought who in the hell is Amercian Credit Educators there was no phone number so I went on the internet and used the search engine and immediately it came to usacomplaints.com showing how people have been scammed by this company. Well I'm not taking any chances with this company I see they reported I have been affiliated with them since 7/98 (that's so funny because I have purchased a car, home, and I even have other credit cards that show up faithfully on my credit report and here it is a company that I so-called have been with since 7/98 recently put that I am over 180 days late).

I have not received any correspondence from this company and no phone calls as well but here it is they are on my credit stating I owe $250. This is utterly ridiculous and I plan on having this investigated to the fullest extent and I will have victory and laugh as this company goes down. They have to realize you will eventually run into the wrong person that will not tolerate this crap under no means.
